Cut in half and then left to dry slowly under the summer sun, the tomatoes lose all their moisture, leaving behind a concentrated flavor with a bold and unmistakable character. Seasoned exclusively with Ràisa Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly harvested ingredients, Agricola Samperi’s sun-dried tomato pâté is perfect as a spread for bruschetta, sandwiches, flatbreads, savory pies, rice salads, and any other dish it accompanies.
INGREDIENTS: Sun-dried tomatoes (min. 70%), extra virgin olive oil, basil, oregano, chili pepper, garlic, in varying proportions.
